It is a very strict and effective weight loss diet, which allows you to lose up to 10 kg in 14 days. It was developed by experts in university nutrition in Oslo.To achieve a satisfactory result, it is necessary to eat only the products allowed, the quantity is not as important. However, if we stop the diet, we cannot continue with it, we must start from the beginning. The Nordic diet accelerates metabolism, but it is quite strict and requires patience.
The diet is mainly based on eggs and grapefruit. In addition, you can also eat pig iron made of celery, carrots, tomato, canned cucumber - you don't add oil or dressing to salads and salads. Meat should be cooked e. g. chicken breast, beef, fish also cooked. You can also cook in a toaster or grill, but be it a fatty addition.
In the Nordic diet we limit the use of salt to a minimum, but it is best not to use it at all. We also do not sweeten any beverages and drink coffee, beige cream. We eat eggs only in the boiled form. Food of bread is allowed. There is no dinner in this diet.
An exemplary menu of the Nordic diet
Breakfast - daily grapefruit, 1 or 2 eggs, tea or coffee (except Monday when we eat 3 eggs - hard or soft but always cooked).
Monday
II breakfast - 1 or 2 eggs, grapefruit, coffee or tea
Lunch - 3 eggs, vegetable salad, slice of bread, coffee or tea
Tuesday
II breakfast - 1 or 2 eggs, grapefruit, coffee or tea
Lunch- cooked beef, tomato, celery, cucumbers and other vegetables, tea or coffee
Wednesday
II breakfast - 1 or 2 eggs, spinach cooked with a spoonful of yoghurt
Lunch - 2 chops (chicken, turkey, lambs), celery, tomato, tomato, cucumbers and other vegetables, tea or coffee
Thursday
II breakfast - salad of vegetables, grapefruit, coffee or tea
Lunch - 1 or 2 eggs, white cheese, spinach, slice of bread
Friday

II breakfast - fruit salad
