Cabbage soup recipe for weight loss

It is a very simple diet and not complicated in preparing meals. Applying this diet for a week we can lose up to 3-6 kg. Fat burner is an easy to prepare cabbage soup.



During the first three days we eat almost exclusively soup, then gradually add fruit and meat. Cabbage is first of all low calorie, secondly rich in vitamin C, and thirdly it perfectly regulates intestinal function.

The downside of the diet is its monotony and the fact that after three days we can no longer look at the soup. However, it is worthwhile to keep up this week and stand on weight. But if, after the dripping diet is over, we return to the old eating habits, then it is a yo-yo effect. After the end of this diet, we should switch to a low calorie diet.

Soup recipe for cabbage soup


  • head of white or Italian cabbage
  • 2 onions
  • green peppers
  • celery
  • 6 pieces of tomatoes, fresh or canned

Execution: White or Italian cabbage, pepper, tomatoes (without skin), celery must be cut into small or medium-sized pieces. Fry the vegetables on 1 tablespoon of oil, add finely chopped onions, pour water over them and cook until the vegetables are soft (approx. 10 min). The cabbage soup will be better when seasoned with spices such as curry, parsley, parsley, pepper, dill, basil, garlic, basil or paprika. Soups must not be salted!

Seventh day:

cabbage soup 
brown rice or groats (cinnamon and fruit may be added)

2 litres of water, unsweetened juice of fruit or vegetables
